MULTI-ENGINE RATING
The multi-engine rating allows the holder to fly an aircraft with more than one engine. Multi-Engine aircraft are categorized into 2 groups :

Group 1 : Multi-Engine Aircraft with non-centerline thrust
Group 2 : Multi-Engine Aircraft with centerline thrust

PRIVILEGES
A Group 1 Multi-Engine Rating also allows the holder to fly Group 2 aircraft.
A Group 2 Multi-Engine Rating limits the holder to fly Group 2 aircraft. Flying Group 1 aircraft is not permitted.

PREREQUISITES
The applicant must have at least a private pilot license.
The applicant must hold a valid Class 3 medical or higher.

REQUIREMENTS
No specific hours are required. Student can be recommended for flight test when he/she demonstrates sufficient skill.
No written exam required.
Applicant must successfully complete flight test
